| 摘 要： | 针刺病变部位的腰部夹脊穴,进针深度30 mm,运用平补平泻手法,并配合口服中药桃红四物汤,治疗了162例椎间盘源性腰痛患者.结果显效65例,良好53例,有效37例,无效6例,总有效率96.3%.

| Abstract: | One hundred and sixty-two low back pain cases due to intervertebral disc problem were treated by puncturing 30 mm in depth
with even reinforcing and reducing manipulation on Jiaji points (Ex-B 2) in the lumbar area plus patterned oral herbal decoction,
Tao Hong Siwu Decoction. The result showed that 65 cases got marked effect, 53 cases got good effect, 37 cases got certain
effect, 6 cases got no effect and the total effective rate was 96.3%.
