厌食康丸对幼龄厌食症大鼠CCK-8及β-EP的影响

目的:观察幼龄厌食大鼠模型血浆及胃窦黏膜中CCK-8和β-EP含量的变化,探讨厌食康丸对CCK-8和β-EP的调节作用。方法:将50只日龄30～35天、雌雄各半的健康SD大鼠分成5组,分别为正常组、模型组、消食片组、厌食康丸大、小剂量组。造模,4周后检测血浆及胃窦黏膜中CCK-8和β-EP含量。每周称大鼠体质量。结果:模型组血浆CCK-8浓度显著高于其他组(P0.01);大、小剂量组与消食片组比较有显著性差异(P0.05),与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。模型组血浆及胃窦黏膜β-EP浓度显著低于其他组(P0.01),消食片组血浆及胃窦黏膜β-EP浓度与正常组比较有显著性差异(P0.01,P0.05),大、小剂量组与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),与消食片组比较有差异(P0.05)。结论:厌食康丸能提高幼龄厌食症大鼠血浆及胃窦黏膜中β-EP的含量,降低血浆中CCK-8的含量,增加厌食大鼠的体质量。

Effect of Yanshikang Pills on β-EP and CCK-8 of Juvenile Anorexia Rats

Objective:to observe the β-EP and CCK-8 contentration in plasma and gastric mucosa of the infant anorexia model of rats,exploring Yanshikang Pill’s adjustment to blood and gastric mucosa β-EP and CCK-8.Methods:50 SD rats,at the age of 30～50 days,weight(95±5g),half male and half female,were divided into 5 groups,namely the normal group,the model group,Xiaoshi piece group,Yanshikang Pill’s large and small dose group.Building mode,detection the β-EP and CCK-8 content in the plasma and gastric mucosa after four weeks.Results:The model group plasma CCK-8 concentration wads significantly higher than other groups(P<0.01);Large and small dose group and xiaoshi piece groups of comparisons had difference(P>0.05),with the normal group comparative differences had not statistically significant(P>0.05).the β-EP contentration in plasma and gastric mucosa of the model group was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.01);Xiaoshi piece group was difference compared with the normal group(P<0.01,P<0.05);Large and small dose group compared with the normal group had not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with Xiaoshi piece group had difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yanshikang Pill can increase β-EP contentration in plasma and gastric mucosa of the infant anorexia rats,reduce CCK-8 contentration in plasma.
