溶栓颗粒对大鼠t-PA、PAI及红细胞、血小板聚集性的影响

目的 :探讨溶栓颗粒的药理作用。方法 ;将 Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、高剂量组、低剂量组 ,灌胃 10天 ,末次灌胃后 1h心脏取血 ,测 t- PA、PAI及血小板、红细胞聚集性。结果 :与空白对照组比较 ,高、低剂量组均 t- PA活性增加 ,P/ t比值降低 ;高剂量组血小板聚集率、红细胞聚集指数低于空白对照组 ,低剂量组仅血小板聚集率低于对照组 ,而红细胞聚集指数无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :溶栓颗粒能明显增加 t- PA活性 ,降低 P/ t比值 ,明显抑制血小板和红细胞聚集 ,因而具有溶栓、抗栓作用。

Effect of Pills for Relieving Thrombus on t-PA,PAI,Red Cell and Platelet Aggregation in White rats

Objective To investigate the pharmacological effect of Rongshuankeli.Methhods 60 wistar rate were divided into 3 groups.Among them,2 groups were treated with different dose of Rongshuankeli,another group was control group.After 10 days,t PA,PAI and gathering of red boold cells and platelets were measured in various groups.Reesult The leve of t PA was higher in 2 groups treated with Rongshuankeli than in control group.The gathering of red blood cells and platelets was lower in 2 groups than another.Conclusion Rongshuankeli can enhance activity of t PA and reduce the ratio of P/t and inhibit the gathering of platelets and red blood cells.Thus it could dissolve embolus and inhibit the formation of thrombus.
