抵当丸治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效分析

目的:观察祛淤排浊法对延缓慢性肾衰2、3期进展的影响。方法:102例慢性肾衰2、3期患者随机分为两组,两组在常规治疗基础上,对照组47例加用包醛氧化淀粉酶胶囊,治疗组55例加用抵当丸治疗,两组均治疗2个月。结果:治疗组总有效率74.55%,对照组总有效率44.68%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组血清肌酐、血清尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率及临床症状明显改善,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:祛淤排浊法对延缓慢性肾衰进展有明显作用。

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect of Didang Pill in Treating Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To observe the effect of removing blood stasis and evacuating turbid method on delaying progression of stage 2 and stage 3 of chronic renal failure.Method: 102 cases of stage 2 and stage 3 of chronic renal failure were divided into two groups randomly.Based on conventional therapy,47 cases were treated with Formoxy-amylase Capsule additionally as the control group while 55 cases were treated with Didang Pill additionally as the study group.The two groups were both treated for two months.Result: The total effective rate of the study group is 75.54% while that of the control group is 44.68%.There is very significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Removing blood stasis and evacuating turbid method has obvious effect on delaying progression of chronic renal failure.
