| 摘 要： | 目的:观察稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效。方法:治疗组60例口服稳心颗粒和美托洛尔治疗,对照组60例口服美托洛尔治疗。结果:临床症状疗效治疗组88.3%、对照组65.0%,动态心电图疗效治疗组86.7%、对照组61.7%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常效果较好,且不良反应小。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on CAD with cardiac arrhythmia treated by Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol.Method：60 cases were oral treated with Wenxin Granule and metoprolol as the study group while 60 cases were oral treated with metoprolol as the control group.Result：The therapeutic effect of clinical symptoms of the study group was 88.3% while that of the control group was 65.0%.The therapeutic effect of dynamic electrocardiogram of the study group was 86.7% while that of the control group was 61.7%.The therpatutic effect of the study group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol has good effect on CAD with cardiac arrhythmia with little adverse reaction. |
