| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良症伴焦虑和抑郁的临床疗效。方法: 50例随机分为两组,研究组25例用黛安神、多虑平及自拟安神舒肝汤治疗,对照组25例只用黛安神、多虑平治疗,疗程1个月。结果:研究组显效率明显高于对照组,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0 .01)。结论:中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良症伴焦虑和抑郁疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression treated by combination of western medicine and TCM in clinic.Method:50 cases were randomly divided into two groups.25 cases were treated with Deanxit,Doxepin and Decoction for Tranquilize the Mind and Soothing the Liver as the study group while 25 cases just with Deanxit and Doxepin as the control group.The treatment course is one month.Result:The effective rate of the study group is obviously higher than that of the control group.There was very great difference in the two groups ( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression treated by combination of western medicine and TCM in clinic is great. |
