加味壮腰健肾汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效观察

为观察加味壮腰健肾汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。将58例绝经期后原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组29例。治疗组予加味壮腰健肾汤口服，每天1剂，水煎服。对照组予乐力钙胶囊口服，每天1粒。疗程均为3个月。对比观察两组治疗前后跟骨骨密度与临床疗效。结果显示治疗组疗效、止痛效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后骨密度均有显著提高，治疗组提高骨密度作用优于对照组（P〈0．05）。表明加味壮腰健肾汤对绝经后骨质疏松症具有良好的止痛作用，并能显著提高骨密度，值得临床推广运用。

TTREATMENT OF POSTMENOPASAUSAL OSTEOPOROSIS BY MODIFIED "ZHUANGYAO JIANSHEN TANG": A Therapeutic-effect Observation

In order to observe the therapeutic effect of modified "ZHUANGYAO JIANSHEN TANG"(ZJT,a TCD decoction for strengthening the back and the kidneys) on postmenopausal osteoporosis(PO),58 PO cases were randomly divided into the treated and the control group(29 cases each),which were treated for three months by modified ZJT(one dose/day orally taken) and by "LELI GAI JIAONANG"(calcium capsules,one pill/day orally taken),respectively;the pre-and post-treatment clinical results and calcaneal BMDs of the two groups were observed and compared with each other.The results showed that the therapeutic and analgesic effect of the treated had an advantage over that of the control(P < 0.05);and the post-treatment BMDs of the two groups ascended obviously with an advantage of the treated over the control in BMD ascendance(P < 0.05),suggesting that ZJT has a good analgesic effect on PO and functions to improve BMD significantly,being worth popularizing in the clinical practice.
