两种方法治疗不稳定型肱骨髁上骨折的疗效观察

为比较观察手法复位小夹板外固定和切开复位交叉克氏针内固定两种方法治疗不稳定型肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效 ,将111例患者随机分为两组 ,分别采用上述两种方法进行治疗观察。结果显示 ,手法复位小夹板外固定组 (A组 ) 6 3例 ,优良率为93.7% ;切开复位交叉克氏针内固定组 (B组 ) 4 8例 ,优良率为 95 .8%。两组比较P >0 .0 5 ,说明两组疗效无显著性差异。观察认为 ,两种方法都有着良好的治疗效果 ,但出现常见并发症的机会A组明显多于B组 ,临床上可根据具体情况选择应用。

SURVEY OF CURATIVE EFFECTS ABOUT TWO MANNERS TO TREAT THE UNSTEADY SUPVACONDY-LAR FRACTURE OF THE HUMERUS

In order to survey and compare the curative effects about the two manners of "manual redution and external fixation with small splints fixation" and "open reduction and internal fixation with cross light Kirschner Pins" to treat the unsteady supracondylar fracture of the humerus. The cases were divided into two groups at random. The results showed that the good rate was 93.7% out 63 cases in the group by "manual reduction and external fixation with small splints" and the good rate was 95.8% out of 48 cases in the group bye "Slit regression and cross light Kirschner Pins in the holding". There were no apparent difference between the two groups (P>0.005). Both of the manners are very effective. However the former has more complications than the latter, so they can only be used according to specific cases in clinical practice.
