| 摘 要： | 为了解补肾强膝方对绝经后妇女膝骨性关节炎的影响 ,采用补肾强膝方治疗绝经后妇女膝骨性关节炎 3 8例 ,对患者血清中雌二醇 (E2 )和膝关节日常生活功能评定 (临床症状和日常生活功能障碍 )治疗前后进行比较 ,结果表明补肾强膝方能提高患者血清中雌二醇 (E2 )的含量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,膝关节日常生活功能评定分值显著提高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,膝关节功能明显改善

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of "Bushen Qiangxi Fang" knee osteoarthritis of postmenopausal women. Methods: Thirty eight cases of knee osteoarthritis of postmenopausal women were treated with "Bushen Qiangxi Fang" one month, compared the serum estradiol level and the functional assessment of knee(include clinical symptom and disabilities of living activity) before and after treatment. Results: The serum estradiol level and the functional assessment of knee were obvious raised after treatment, the serum estradiol level between before and after treatment had significant diffrence(P<0.05), and so for the functional assessment of knee(P<0.001).Conclusions: "Bushen Qiangxi Fang" has the effect on treating knee osteoarthritis of postmenopausal women. |
