骨碎补对大白鼠骨质疏松模型的影响

实验选10月龄雄性大白鼠30只,随机分为空白组、对照组和实验组。空白组不进行任何处理,对照组和实验组每天皮下注射醋酸可的松,试验组同时每天给骨碎补制剂。21天杀死,测定各组骨密度、单位体积骨中脱钙骨其质、钙、磷、羟脯氨酸的含量。结果表明:对照各项指标均明显低于空白组。松质骨的差别尤为明显。而实验组各项指标高于对照组,但仍低于空白组。提示:骨碎补制剂有部分抑制糖皮质激素引起的骨丢失的作用,但不能完全阻止其发展。

The effect of Rhizoma Drynariae on osteoporosi models of rats

Thirty male wistar rats aged 10 months were selected for the experiment, and randomly divided into three groups: the blank, control and test. The blank group received no treatment, while the control and test were suboutaneosly injected cortisone acetate daily. In addition, the test was daily given Rhizoma Drynariae praparation at the same time. Twentyone days after the treatment, all animals of the three groups were killed. The bone density and unitvolume conternts of calcium, phosphorus, hydroxyproline and decalcified matrix were measured. The results showed that every index of the control was significantly lower than of the blank, especially in the cancellous bone, and that every index of the test was higher than that of the control, but still lower than that of the blank. This suggested that Rhizoma Drynariae can part-ly inhibiat the bone loss caused by glucocoticosteroid, but can not completely prevent its development.
