| 摘 要： | 目的：观察旋提手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将110例患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用旋提手法治疗2周，对照组采用牵引疗法治疗2周。结果：旋提手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效经统计学分析效果明显优于对照组。结论：旋提手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著，手法操作安全，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： to study therapeutic effects of rotation - traction manipulation for the treatment of the cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 110 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the treatment group were treated with rotation - traction manipulation, and the patients in the control group were treated with traction. Results ： The therapeutic effects of treatment group were obviously better than those of control group by statistical evaluation. Conclution ： It is obvious for the therapeutic effects of rotation - traction manipulation, which is safe and worthy of practicing. |
