四妙丸配合依托考昔片治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察

目的:观察四妙丸配合依托考昔片治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60名患者随机分为治疗组30例(四妙丸配合依托考昔片)与对照组30例(秋水仙碱),观察两组患者治疗前后关节症状改善程度、血沉、血尿酸水平变化及不良反应。结果:两组均能改善急性痛风性关节炎临床症状,但治疗组还可降低血沉、血尿酸水平,而且不良反应较小。结论:四妙丸配合依托考昔片可改善高尿酸血症,减轻关节疼痛肿胀,副作用小,用于治疗急性痛风性关节炎易为患者接受。

Curative effect of Simiaowan combined with Etoricoxib tablets on acute gouty arthritis

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Simiaowan combined with Etoricoxib tablets on acute gouty arthritis.Methods：Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with Simiaowan united with Etoricoxib tablets,the control group in which 30 cases were treated with Colchicines.The improving degreement of articular symptoms,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,level changes of serum uric acid,and the untoward reactions in two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results：Both of two groups can improve the clinical symptoms of acute gouty arthritis,but the treatment group may also reduce the ESR,serum uric acid level,but also less adverse reactions.Conclusion：Simiaowan combined with Etoricoxib tablets can improve the hyperuricemia,to reduce joint pain and swelling,side effects,it is easily acceptable for patients of the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.
