理伤手法配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

为探讨理伤手法配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效，寻求更有效的更稳定的治疗方案。将92例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组47例采用理伤手法配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射，对照组45例单纯玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射，对两组疗效进行对照观察。结果显示治疗组的近期、远期疗效均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。表明理伤手法配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎，疗效好，复发率低，是一种有效的治疗方法。

THE TREATMENT OF KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS BY INJURY-SMOOTHING-OUT MANIPULATIONS AND INTRA-ARTICULAR INJECTION OF SODIUM HYALURONATE: A Therapeutic Observation

he objective of the paper is to study the clinical therapeutic effect of injury-smoothing-out manipulations(ISM) and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate(IAISH) on knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and to seek for the more effective and more stable therapy for KOA.Ninety-two cases of KOA were randomly divided into two groups: the treated(n=47 cases) and the control(n=45 cases),which were treated by ISM and IAISM and by IAISH alone,respectively;the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.The results showed that the short-and long-term results of the treated were higher than the ones of the control(P < 0.05),suggesting that in the treatment of KOA,ISM and IAISH obtained a good therapeutic effect and a low recurrent rate,being an effective therapy for KOA.
