中药对实验性骨关节炎膝旁骨内压的影响

为观察中药对骨关节炎的治疗作用，将新西兰纯种大白兔１８只随机分３组，Ａ为对照组，Ｂ为中药治疗组，Ｃ为开窗治疗组。通过结扎股静脉及臀下静脉造成膝骨关节炎模型。造模后６周开始，Ａ组给以普通饲料，Ｂ组服用含中药的饲料，Ｃ组于膝旁经骨皮质开窗，治疗６周。分别于造模前后及治疗后（Ｃ组在开窗前）作膝旁骨内压测定。结果显示，结扎静脉后骨内压立即升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗后Ａ组变化不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５），Ｂ、Ｃ组骨内压均下降显著（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ｃ组在开窗前与取材前比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明手术结扎静脉能有效造成骨内持续高压，益气、活血、化湿的中药能有效降低骨内高压，减轻关节症状，延缓骨关节炎的发生和发展。

THE INFLUENCE OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE DRUGS ON PARA GENUAL INTRA OSSEOUS PRESSURE IN EXPERIMENTAL OSTEOARTHRITIS

In order to observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese drugs(TCD) on osteoarthritis,18 5 month old female New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:Group A as the control, Group B as the TCD treated,and Group C as the fenestration treated.Knee osteoarthritis models were made by ligating the femoral and inferior gluteal veins.Six weeks later,Group B was fed with TCD forage and Group C given para genual cortex fenestration,and both Groups B and C were treated for 6 weeks.The para genual intra osseous pressure(IOP) of three Groups was measured before and after making the models and after treatment(before fenestration for Group C).The results showed that after venous ligation,IOP of all the groups rised immediately (P<0.01)but after treatment there was no significant difference in IOP of Group A (P<0.05),while IOP of Groups B and C was markediy reduced (P<0.05),there was a significant difference of the pre fenestration IOP in Group C from the pre sample (P<0.05). It was concluded that continuous high IOP could be caused by venous ligation,TCD for supplementing Qi,activating blood circulation and removing dampness could effectively reduce IOP, remit articular symptoms and delay the attack and prgress of osteoarthritis.
