青年颈椎病的发病及其诊治

治疗青年颈椎病８７例，有效率为１００％；随访观察６２例，复发８例，复发率为１２．９０％。分析认为青年颈椎病以发病急、症状重、病程短、疗效显著为其临床特点；其主要病理变化为颈部外伤及肌肉、韧好的积累性劳损致功能失调，降低了对颈椎的支撑和保护性作用，影响骨关节间的稳定，导致颈椎的结构改变化及不稳；随之产生的颈椎生理曲度的异常和一系列临床症状。牵引配合手法综合治疗，可纠正上述病理性变化，从而使症状缓解；理疗、功能锻炼等能改善神经、肌肉功能，保持颈椎的稳定，使疗效得以巩固。生活中避免外伤，纠正不良生活姿式，选用合适高度的颈枕，自我行保健按摩，对巩固疗效、预防复发均有积极作用。
