上海地区妇女下肢肌力、股骨颈抗骨折能力的初步调查及骨质疏松症骨强度诊断初探

随机选取上海地区20－80岁妇女共776例，运用肌肉功能分析评估系统检测股骨颈抗骨折能力，描述其随年龄 的分布情况。结果显示股骨颈抗骨折能力、下肢最大肌力均于20－30岁先于骨密度达到峰值，以后逐步下降，与骨密度变化趋势基本一致，所不同的是骨密度70岁以后下降缓慢，而股骨颈抗骨折能力、下肢最大肌力一直保持快速下降趋势。基于初步调查，提出了骨质疏松症的骨强度诊断参考标准。

A PRIMARY INVESTIGATION ON LOWER-LIMB MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND FRACTURE STRENGTH OF FEMORAL NECK OF THE WOMEN IN THE SHANGHAI AREA AND A PRIMARY STUDY ON THE BONE- STRENGTH DIAGNOSIS OF OSTEOPOROSIS

Seven hundred and seventy-six women aged 20-80 years in the Shanghai area were randomly selected, the fracture strength of femoral neck (FS) and the lower-limb muscular strength (MS) were detected by Muscle Evaluation System (MES), and its age distribution was described. The results showed that FS and MS reached the peak values at the age of 20 - 30 years, which did earlier than the bone mineral density (BMD), and then gradually descended, which basically accorded with the changing trend of BMD. After the age of 70 years, however, BMD descended slowly, while FS and MS still hold a rapid descending trend. Based on the primary investigation, a reference standard was presented for the bone-strength diagnosis of osteoporosis.
