| 摘 要： | 对腰椎间盘突出症患者１１７人进行了定点成角侧扳法和传统侧扳法的治疗，并作了对比观察。结果显示，定点成角侧扳组治愈４８例占６７．６％，治愈病例平均治疗８．５次，传统侧扳组治愈１９例占２７．９％，治愈病例平均治疗１２．４次，两组差别显著（Ｐ〈０．０１），表明腰椎定眯成角侧扳法定位准确，用力科学集中，疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | One hundred and seventeen cases of lumbar intervertebral disc hernia (LIDH) were treated by fixed point angulational side puling manipulation (FASM) and conventional side puling manipulation (CSM) and the therapeutic effects of the two manipulations were observed and compared. The results showed that in FASM group, 48 cases (67.7%) were cured and the treatment times averaged 8.5 times; in CSM group, 19 cases (27.9%) were cured and the treatment times averaged 12.4 times. There was a significant difference (P<0.01) in the two grops, suggesting that FASM for LIDH had an accurate fixed point, scintific and concentrated exerted force and reliable therapeutic effects. |
