中药对膝骨关节炎黑鼠血清SOD,HA,NO水平的影响

为比较益肾、健脾和柔肝方药对膝骨关节炎血清ＳＯＤ、ＨＡ、ＮＯ水平的影响，以运动负荷方法造成Ｃ５７黑鼠早、中、晚三期膝骨关节炎模型，分别测定各期，各组黑鼠血清ＳＯＤ、ＨＡ和ＮＯ的含量，结果示骨关节炎早期和晚期，各指标组间相比均无显著性差异。中期、血清ＳＯＤ水平模型组怀空白组无差异；与模型组比较，益肾组、柔肝组水平升高，健脾组无差异。血清ＨＡ水平模型组、健脾组、芬必得组明显高于空白组；益肾组和柔肝组明

THE INFLUENCE OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE DRUGS ON SERUM SOD, HA AND NO LEVELS IN RATTUS RATTUS WITH KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS

In order to compare the influences of kidney invigorating (KI), spleen strengthening (SS) and liver nourishing (LN) recipes and drugs on the levels of serum SOD, HA and NO in Rattus rattus with osteoarthritis (OA), early staged (ES), middle staged (MS) and late staged (LS) knee OA models were made in Ratti ratti C57 by exercise tolerance method, and the levels of serum SOD, HA and NO of each group and each stage were measured, respectively. The results showed: 1. No significant difference of all indices in ES and LS OA in inter group comparison; 2. The differences of all indices in MS OA in inter group comparison as the follows: (1) Serum SOD level in the modelled group was not different from the blank and SS groups, but that in KI and LN groups were raised compared with the modelled group; (2) Serum HA level in the modelled, SS and Brufen groups was significantly higher than that of the blank group, and serum HA level in KI and LN groups was significantly lower than that of the modelled; (3) Serum NO levels in all groups had great individual differences. It was concluded that the speeding up of GAG degradation and the lowering of synovial HA level should be regarded as an important pathological manifestation of the related to aging retrograde change of articular cartilage, KI and LN recipes could strengthen SOD activity and inhibit cartilage GAG degradation.
