| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清NO水平与老年男性骨质疏松症发病的关系。方法：对符合要求的32例老年男性骨质疏松症患者（骨质疏松组）和31例老年男性非骨质疏松症患者（非骨质疏松组）进行骨密度和血清NO含量检测,分析血清NO水平与老年男性骨密度的关系。结果：骨质疏松组血清NO水平明显低于非骨质疏松组,差异有统计学意义（t=19.323,P=0.000）。结论：血清NO在男性骨质疏松症的发病中起重要作用。
