针刺影响慢性脊髓损伤大鼠脊髓组织神经生长因子及其受体的表达

摘    要:为探索针刺治疗慢性脊髓损伤的作用机理,采用大鼠后路渐进性脊髓压迫动物模型,然后手术减压,并进行电针治疗.观察联合行为评分(CBS)、体感诱发电位和神经生长因子(NGF)及其受体的免疫组化变化.结果发现脊髓损伤后NGF和TrkA在神经元及胶质细胞表达增强,经过电针治疗后,NGF和TrkA在神经元和胶质细胞的表达下降;体感诱发电位检测和CBS评分显示,电针组明显优于减压组,电针组与减压组比较统计学差异具有显著性(P<0.05).表明电针治疗促进脊髓损伤大鼠的行为功能恢复是通过内源性神经生长因子及其受体TrkA介导起作用的.

Abstract:In order to study the action mechanism of electrical acupuncture (EA) in the treatment of chronic spinal cord injury, rat models of posterior progressive spinal cord compression were made and then treated by surgical decompression and by EA; the immunohistochemical changes of the combined behavior scores (CBS), somatosensory-evoked potentials (SEP), nerve growth factors (NGF) and TrkA were observed. From the results, it was found that after spinal cord injury, the expressions of NGF and TrkA were enhanced in the neurons and gliocytes but after EA treatment, these expressions descent; the SEP and CBS showed a significant advantage of the EA group over the decompression group with a significant statistical difference (P < 0.05), suggesting that EA treatment functions to stimulate the behavior function recovery in rat spinal cord injury through the induction of the endogenous NGF and TrkA.
