桡骨远端关节内复杂性骨折两种手术方式的比较研究

目的:比较外固定支架结合有限内固定和锁定加压钢板内固定两种手术方法治疗桡骨远端关节内复杂性骨折的疗效。方法:58例桡骨远端关节内复杂性骨折患者,外固定支架组27例,在闭合手法复位后安装腕关节外固定架并结合有限内固定;锁定钢板组31例,采用掌侧入路锁定加压钢板内固定。采用Gartland和W erley腕关节评分标准评定两组术后疗效。结果:两组疗效差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.234,P=0.815)。结论:外固定支架结合有限内固定与锁定加压钢板内固定两种手术方法治疗桡骨远端关节内复杂性骨折,疗效基本相同。

Comparative study on the two types of surgical treatment of complex intra-articular fractures of the distal radius

Objective：To compare the curative effect of external fixator combined with limited internal fixator with that of internal fixator usiong locking compression plate（LCP） on the treatment of complex intra-articular fractures of the distal radius.Methods：58 patients with complex intra-articular fractures of the distal radius were divided into 2 groups.27 cases were administrated with installing wrist external fixator combined with limited internal fixator after closed manipulative reduction,while the others were administrated with LCP internal fixation from volar approach.The curative effects of the 2 groups were evaluated according to Gartland-Werley wrist scoring standard after the treatment.Results：There was no statistical difference on the curative effects between the 2 groups（Z=-0.234,P=0.815）.Conclusion：The curative effect of external fixator combined with limited internal fixator is similar to that of LCP internal fixation on the treatment of complex intra-articular fractures of the distal radius.
