| 中药热熨治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察及对其血液流变学的影响 |

| 摘 要： | 采用中药 (烫疗药 )热熨治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症 30例 ,分别于治疗前后测定血液流变的变化情况。结果发现 ,治疗后4周其全血比粘度 (高、中、低切 )、红细胞压积均有明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示中药热熨能显著改善血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的血液高粘滞状态 ,并且有较强的镇痛消炎作用。

| Abstract: | Thirty cases of blood-stasis-typed lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH) were treated by TCD hot medicated compress (HMC), and the rheological changes were measured before and after the treatment. The results showed that the specific viscosities of the whole blood and the packed cell volumes were significantly reduced four weeks after the treatment (P > 0.05), suggesting that HMC could remarkably improve the high blood viscosity in LIDH of blood-stasis type and have a strong analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. |
