颈曲改变的神经根型颈椎病手法治疗研究

为观察有颈曲改变的神经根型颈椎病的临床特点及手法治疗效果。临床选有颈曲改变的神经根型颈病60例为观察组，无颈曲改变的神经根型颈椎病60例为对照组，将其临床特点分别记录，并进行手法治疗，后进行评分及统计学处理，结果显示，观察组与对照组在病因，病程，病情，椎间孔变化，肌电图变化及疗效等方面有差异，表明有颈曲改变的神经根型颈椎病与无颈曲改变的神经根型颈椎病在病因病理，临床特点及疗效等方面有所不同。前者病程较长，病情较重，疗效较差。

A CLINICAL STUDY ON NERVE-ROOT-TYPE CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS WITH CERVICAL CURVITURE CHANGE AND ITS MANIPULATIVE TREATMENT

The study aims at observing the clinical characteristics of nerve-root-type cervical spondylosis (NRTCS) with cervical curvature change (CCC) and the therapeutic effect of the manipulative treatment. Sixty NRTCS cases with CCC and 60 ones with no CCC were selected as the observed and the control group, respectively, and the clinical characteristics of them were recorded, respectively. Both observed and control groups were treated by manipulations and then evaluated by scorings. The results treated statistically showed that the observed group had differences from the control in etiology, disease course, disease conditions, intervertebral foramen, EMG change, treatment result and so on, suggesting that NRTCS with CCC is different from NRTCS with no CCC in etiology, pathology, clinical characteristics, treatment result and so on. The former had a longer disease course, severer disease condition but poorer treatment result.
