| 摘 要： | 目的：观察独活寄生汤加减结合运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将符合要求的128例患者随机分为2组,每组64例。治疗组采用独活寄生汤加减结合运动疗法治疗,对照组单纯采用独活寄生汤加减治疗。分别于治疗后1个月和治疗后12个月时按照林志雄等制定的膝关节综合评分表,从关节休息痛、运动痛、肿胀、压痛、活动度及行走情况6个方面对患者进行疗效评定。结果：治疗后1个月,2组患者疗效比较,差异无统计学意义（Z=-0.498,P=0.618）;治疗后12个月治疗组疗效优于对照组（Z=-2.648,P=0.008）。结论：独活寄生汤加减结合运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效持久、稳定,值得临床推广应用。
