复方丹参注射液预防激素性股骨头坏死的初步研究

摘    要:为验证活血化瘀药物复方丹参注射液是否有拮抗激素致股骨头坏死的作用 ,并探讨其作用机理。以成年Rose鸡 3 0只 ,通过大量肌肉注射醋酸泼尼松的方法造模 ,并随机分为 3组。A组 14只 ,每只肌肉注射醋酸泼尼松 5mg·kg-1,每周 2次。B组 10只 ,激素用法同A组 ,同时加用复方丹参注射液 0 .5ml·kg-1肌肉注射 ,每天 1次 ,每周 5次。C组 6只 ,作为空白对照。分别于用药后 3、6、12周分批处死动物 ,处死前抽取静脉血测定血清血脂水平并进行血液流变学检查 ;处死后取双侧股骨头及肝组织进行组织学检查。通过三组对比 ,结果发现丹参注射液对激素诱导的股骨头坏死有较好的预防作用 ,其作用机理可能是调节了脂代谢紊乱和改善了股骨头的微循环。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(RSM)preventing the steroid induced avascular necrosis of femoral head and to investigate the interal mechanism. Methods: Osteonecrosis of the femoral head was induced experimentally in chickens after the administration of a high dose of prednisolone. RSM was used to prevent the effects of steroid induced osteonemcosis of the femoral head. Thirty adult chickens were used: fourteen received prednisolone 5mg/kg, twice a week via intramuscular injection(group A),ten received the prednisolone as group A plus RSM 0.5mg/kg 5 times a week via intramuscular injection(group B),another 6 received no medication and served as control group(group C). The changes on blood serum blood lipid and femoral head were observed. Results: Evidence of osteonecrosis was observed in specimens from group A, including subchondral bone death and fat cell proliferation. Conversely sections from group B showed less adipogenesis and no bone death. Conclusions: Pharmacon which invigorate the circulation of blood, such as RSM may be helpful in preventing the steroid induced osteonecrosis, by regulating the metabolic disorder of in the body and promote the micro circulation of the femoral head.
