| 摘 要： | 目的 过敏性鼻炎针刺治疗与药物治疗对比观察。方法 将386例患者随机分为两组，针刺组采用针刺双侧翼腭窝，每日1次，7日为一疗程；药物组口服曲尼司特胶囊．0．2g口服，每日3次，连续7日。结果 针刺组有效率为93.36％；药物组为69．63％。两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论 针刺组治疗过敏性鼻炎明显优于药物组，且无副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare acupuncture and medicine for treating allergic rhinitis.Methods Three hundred and eighty-six patients were randomly allocated to two groups.An acupuncture group was treated by needling bilateral pterygopalatine fossae,once daily,7 days as a course.A control group was treated by oral administration of Tranilast capsule,0.2 g three times daily,for 7 consecutive days.Results The effective rate was 93.36% in the acupuncture group and 69.63% in the control group.There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture is significantly better than Western medicine in treating allergic rhinitis and has no side effect. |
