| 摘 要： | 目的观察经行感传针刺疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将131例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组65例和对照组66例。治疗组采用经行感传针刺治疗，对照组采用垂直进针治疗，进行疗效对照观察。结果治疗组总有效率为98．5％，对照组总有效率为68．2％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论采用经行感传针刺治疗方法，在背俞穴和特定神经支配区穴配合选穴，对比常规针刺方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症，其治疗达到更好的临床效果。
