蜂针配合电温针治疗早期强直性脊柱炎长期临床观察

目的观察蜂针配合电温针治疗早期强直性脊柱炎的长期疗效。方法将由骶髂关节CT片确诊分级为Ⅰ期且HLA-B27阳性的86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组43例。治疗组采用蜂针配合电温针治疗,对照组采用电温针治疗,并作持续5年的跟踪性治疗随访以观察疼痛反复频度及骶髂关节病变分级进展和脊柱强直程度。结果两组总有效率相近(P0.05);治疗组治疗后发作减少更明显(P0.05);治疗组骶髂关节病变分级稳定率较对照组高(P0.01)。结论蜂针配合电温针治疗早期强直性脊柱炎不仅有缓解疼痛的疗效,且能在较长时间内抑制骶髂关节病变的进一步发展。

Long-term Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Early Ankylosing Spondylitis with Bee Stings plus Electrical Warm Needling

Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of bee sting plus electrical warm needling in treating early ankylosing spondylitis. Method Eighty-six patients diagnosed definitely by sacroiliac joint CT with stageⅠand HLA-B27-positive ankylosing spondylitis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 43 cases each. The treatment group received bee stings plus electrical warm needling and the control group, electrical warm needling alone. A 5-year following treatment and follow-up were performed to observe the frequency of pains, the progress of sacroiliac lesion grading and the degree of spinal rigidity. Result The total efficiency rates in the two groups were similar（P0.05）. Post-treatment attacks were reduced more in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）. The stabilization rate of sacroiliac lesion grading was higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.01）. Conclusion Bee stings plus electrical warm needling can not only produce a relieving effect on the pain in early ankylosing spondylitis but also prevent the further progress of sacroiliac lesion grading over a longer period.
