申时针刺对缺血性中风偏瘫患者运动功能的影响

目的观察申时针刺对缺血性中风偏瘫患者运动功能的影响。方法将50例缺血性中风偏瘫患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(申时针刺)和对照组(非申时针刺),每组25例。治疗组给予基础治疗、康复训练和申时(下午3~5时)针刺治疗,对照组给予基础治疗、康复训练和非申时针刺治疗。观察两组CSS评分、BI指数评分及FMA评分的变化,进行比较分析。结果治疗后两组CSS评分均下降(P0.01),BI指数评分、FMA评分均升高(P0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论申时和非申时针刺均能改善缺血性中风偏瘫患者的神经功能、肢体功能及日常生活能力。

Effect of Acupuncture During 3-5 pm on the Motor Function of Patients with Hemiplegia Due to Ischemic Stroke

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture during 3-5 pm on the motor function of patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke. Method Fifty hemiplegia patients due to ischemic stroke were divided into a treatment group（acupuncture during 3-5 pm） and a control group（acupuncture not during 3-5 pm） by the random number table, 25 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by basic treatment, rehabilitation training, and acupuncture（during 3-5 pm）, while the control group was by the basic treatment, rehabilitation training, and acupuncture（not during 3-5 pm）. The Composite Spasticity Scale（CSS）, Barthel Index（BI）, and Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA） scores were observed for comparisons and analyses. Result After treatment, the CSS scores dropped significantly, and BI and FMA score increased significantly in both groups（P0.01）, while the inter-group comparisons showed statistically insignificant（P0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture, regardless of the specific treatment time, can improve the neurological function, extremity function, and activity of daily living of the hemiplegia patients due to ischemic stroke.
