颈夹脊穴穴位注射治疗短暂性脑缺血发作疗效观察

目的观察颈夹脊穴穴位注射治疗后循环系统短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效。方法将90例后循环系统短暂性脑缺血患者按入院顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用颈夹脊穴穴位注射当归注射液治疗,对照组采用口服阿司匹林及静脉滴注丹红注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后的复发率。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为93.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月复发率分别为0%、7.7%和12.8%,对照组分别为0%、4.8%和9.5%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论颈夹脊穴穴位注射能有效改善短暂性脑缺血发作的症状,且具有良好的远期预防效果。

Observations on the Efficacy of Cervical Huatuo Jiaji Point Injection in Treating Posterior Circulation Transient Ischemic Attack

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cervical Huatuo jiaji point injection in treating posterior circulation transient ischemic attack. Methods Ninety patients with posterior circulation transient ischemic attack were allocated, in order of admission, to treatment and control groups, 45 cases each. The treatment group received cervical Huatuo jiaji point injection of Chinese angelica and the control group, oral administration of aspirin and intravenous drips of Danhong injection. The clinical therapeutic effects and the recurrence rates at one, three and six months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 93.3% in the control group; there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The recurrence rates at one, three and six months after treatment were 0%, 7.7% and 12.8, respectively, in the treatment group and 0%, 4.8% and 9.5, respectively, in the control group; there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Cervical Huatuo jiaji point injection can effectively improve the symptoms of posterior circulation transient ischemic attack and has a good long-term preventive effect.
