电针配合中药治疗痰湿型继发性闭经疗效观察

目的观察电针配合中药治疗痰湿型继发性闭经的临床疗效。方法将63例痰湿型继发性闭经患者随机分为电针组20例、中药组20例和联合组23例。电针组采用单纯电针治疗,中药组采用口服中药治疗,联合组采用电针配合中药治疗。观察3组的临床疗效。结果电针组总有效率为80.0%,中药组为85.0%,联合组为95.7%,联合组总有效率与电针组和中药组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。电针组总有效率与中药组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论电针配合中药是一种治疗痰湿型继发性闭经的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation of Electroacupuncture plus Chinese Medication for Secondary Amenorrhea Due to Phlegm-dampness

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus Chinese medication for secondary amenorrhea due to phlegm-dampness. Method Sixty-three patients with secondary amenorrhea due to phlegm-dampness were randomized into an electroacupunctue group （n=20）, a Chinese medication group （n=20）, and a combined group （n=23）. The electroacupuncture group was intervened by electroacupuncture, the Chinese medication group was by oral Chinese medication, and the combined group was by electroacupuncture plus Chinese medication. The clinical efficacies were observed in the three groups. Result The total effective rate was 80.0% in the elctroacupuncture group, versus 85.0% in the Chinese medication group and 95.7% in the combined group, and the combined group was significantly different from both electroacupuncmre group and Chinese medication group in comparing the total effective rate （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in comparing the total effective rate between the electroacupuncture group and Chinese medication group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus Chinese medication is an effective method in treating secondary amenorrhea due to phlegm-dampness.
