温针加一指禅推法治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征疗效观察

目的观察温针加一指禅推法治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征的疗效。方法选取颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征患者60例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用温针加一指禅推法治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。对治疗前与治疗1个疗程后患者Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数及治疗后两组临床疗效进行评价。结果治疗前两组患者Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗1个疗程后两组患者Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数均较治疗前显著改善(P0.01),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.01)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.01)。结论温针加一指禅推法治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征疗效确切。

Observations on the Efficacy of Warm Needling plus Qi-concentrated Single-finger Pushing in Treating Temporomandibular Joint Disorder

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warm needling plus qi-concentrated single-finger pushing in treating temporomandibular joint disorder. Method Sixty patients with temporomandibular joint disorder were enrolled and randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received warm needling plus qi-concentrated single-finger pushing and the control group, medication. Fricton temporomandibular joint disorder index was calculated before and after one course of treatment and the post-treatment clinical effects were evaluated in the two groups. Result There was no statistically significant pre-treatment difference in Fricton temporomandibular joint disorder index between the two groups（P0.05）. Fricton temporomandibular joint disorder index was significantly decreased in both groups of patients after one course of treatment compared with before（P0.01）. It was decreased more in the treatment group than in the control group; there was a statistically significant between-group difference（P0.01）. After treatment, the total efficiency rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）. Conclusion Warm needling plus qi-concentrated single-finger pushing has a definite therapeutic effect on temporomandibular joint disorder.
