放血疗法结合拔罐治疗带状疱疹临床观察

目的观察放血拔罐疗法治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将70例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组(脱落2例),治疗组34例采用刺络放血结合拔罐治疗,对照组34例采用针刺治疗,治疗后第3、7、15天评价VAS评分,进行疗效对比,并于治疗后比较带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率。结果治疗后两组VAS评分均出现减少,治疗组在治疗后第3、7、15天VAS评分均持续减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后两组带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率分别为2.9%和8.8%。疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率为91.2%,优于对照组(P0.05)。结论放血疗法结合拔罐治疗带状疱疹与针刺治疗比较,在镇痛作用方面起效更快,疗效更好,并能有效减少带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生。

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Herpes Zoster by Bloodletting plus Cupping

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bloodletting-cupping therapy for herpes zoster. Method Seventy patients with herpes zoster were randomly allocated to two groups（two patients dropped out）. The treatment group of 34 patients received pricking bloodletting therapy plus cupping and the control group of 34 patients, acupuncture treatment. At 3, 7 and 15 days after the beginning of treatment, the VAS score was recorded for a comparison of the therapeutic effects. The incidences of postherpetic neuralgia were compared after the end of treatment. Result The VAS score decreased in both groups after treatment. The VAS score decreased continually At 3, 7 and 15 days after the beginning of treatment in the treatment group and there were statistically significant differences compared with the control group（P0.05）. The incidences of postherpetic neuralgia in the two groups were 2.9% and 8.8%, respectively. At the end of treatment, the total efficacy rate was 91.2% in the treatment group, which was higher than 70.6% in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Compared with acupuncture, bloodletting therapy plus cupping produces a quicker analgesic effect and a better therapeutic effect on herpes zoster and, moreover, it can effectively decrease the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia.
