针灸配合心理干预治疗突发性耳聋疗效观察

目的观察针灸配合心理干预治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法将64例突发性耳聋患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用针灸配合心理干预治疗。观察两组治疗前后平均听功能变化及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后平均听功能与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组治疗后平均听功能与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组为78.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论针灸配合心理干预是一种治疗突发性耳聋的有效方法,能有效改善听力。

Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture-moxibustion plus Psychological Intervention for Sudden Hearing Loss

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion plus psychological intervention in treating sudden hearing loss. Method Sixty-four patients with sudden hearing loss were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 32 in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional medication, while the treatment group was by acupuncture-moxibustion plus psychological intervention in addition to the treatment given to the control group. The change of mean auditory function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Result After treatment, the mean auditory function was changed significantly in both groups （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the mean auditory function of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 93.8% in the treatment group versus 78.1% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion plus psychological intervention is an effective method in treating sudden hearing loss, by significantly improving the hearing.
