针药并用治疗人流术后月经过少疗效观察

目的观察针灸配合中药内服治疗人流术后月经过少的临床疗效。方法将80例人流术后月经过少患者按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用针灸配合口服中药治疗,对照组采用单纯口服中药治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论针药并用是一种治疗人流术后月经过少的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture plus Medication for Hypomenorrhea after Induced Abortion

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion plus oral Chinese medication for hypomenorrhea after induced abortion. Method Eighty patients with hypomenorrhea due to induced abortion were randomized into a treatment group and a control group by the random number table, 40 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture-moxibustion plus oral Chinese medication, while the control group was by oral Chinese medication alone. The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group versus 70.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The rank-sum test showed that there were no significant differences in comparing the therapeutic efficacy between different syndromes （P〉O.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus medication is an effective approach in treating hypomenorrhea after induced abortion.
