针刺调补脾肾治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

目的观察运用针刺调补脾肾治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法将60例神经根型颈椎病患者按就诊先后顺序,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(腹部取穴组)和对照组(常规取穴组),分别于1个疗程和3个疗程后观察两组的症状体征积分、疼痛评分及临床疗效。结果两组治疗前后疼痛评分差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),1个疗程后治疗组起效更快,止痛效果优于对照组(P0.01),3个疗程后,两组临床症状体征积分、疼痛评分及疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论针刺调补脾肾治疗神经根型颈椎病在止痛方面较常规取穴治疗起效更快。

Clinical Observations on Acupuncture Treatment of Cervical S0ondylotic Radiculopathy by Splenorenal Regulation and Tonification

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture regulation and tonification of the spleen and kidney in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method Sixty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly allocated,in order of visits and using a random number table,to a treatment group （abdominal point selection） and a control group （routine point selection）.The symptoms and signs,and the pain were scored and the clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups after one and three courses of treatment.Result There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the pain score in both groups （P＜0.05）.After one course of treatment,the effect was produced more quickly and the analgesic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group （P＜0.01）.After three courses of treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the clinical symptom and sign scores,the pain score and therapeutic effect between the two group （P＞0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture regulation and tonification of the spleen and kidney produce a quicker analgesic effect than routine point selection in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
