平衡针法对局灶性脑缺血大鼠MAXDI和MAXD的影响

摘    要:目的 通过研究局灶性脑缺血大鼠针刺前后最大红细胞变形指数 (MAXDI)、最大红细胞聚集指数 (MAXD)的变化 ,探讨平衡针法在缺血性损伤中的脑保护作用。方法 将 6 0只大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、治疗组 ,光化学法造局灶性脑缺血模型 ,激光衍射法测定大鼠 MAXDI,光密度法测定 MAXD。结果  MAXDI测定结果模型组较空白组明显降低 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,平衡针治疗组较模型组升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,MAXD无明显变化。结论 局灶性脑缺血大鼠红细胞变形能力下降 ,聚集性能力无明显变化 ,平衡针法治疗 ,可增强红细胞变性能力 ,促进局部组织的血液循环 ,有利于缺血脑组织功能的恢复

Abstract:Objective To study the maximal indexes of erythrocyte deformation and aggregation of rats with local cerebral ischemia and to analyze the mechanism of Balance Acupuncture in improving the microcirculation to prevent the brain tissues from ischemic injury. Methods 60 Wistar Rats were randomly divided into controlled group,sham-operated group,model's group and treated group.Local cerebral ischemia model was established by Photochemically Initiated Thrombosis.MAXDI and MAXD were measured to know the ability of Erythrocyte Deformation(ED) and Erythrocyte Aggregation(EA). Results MAXDI of model's group significantly declined as compared to the control(P<0.001) and treated group increased compared with model's group(P<0.01).Conclusion Erythrocyte deformability of rats with local cerebral ischemia declined compared with normal. The ability of it's aggregation showed no significant change. After balance acupuncture, erythrocyte deformability is enhanced to improve the local circulation and help to recover the cerebral function.
