| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针围刺治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征的临床疗效。方法选取颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用电针围刺法治疗,对照组采用局部超短波治疗,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论电针围刺治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征具有较好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of surrounding electroacupuncture in treating temporomandibular joint disturbance syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with temporomandibular joint disturbance syndrome were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each.
