| 摘 要： | 目的观察小针刀配合整脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组28例。治疗组采用小针刀配合整脊复位治疗，对照组采用牵引配合整脊复位治疗，1个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93．8％，对照组总有效率为71．4％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论小针刀配合整脊复位是治疗腰椎间盘突出症一种较有效的方法。
