| 摘 要： | 目的 明确深刺天枢穴对结肠慢转运性便秘的疗效.方法 结肠慢转运性便秘患者共30例.观察对比治疗前与治疗2星期后便秘患者临床评分系统以及结肠转运时间（CTT）的变化.结果 治疗前与治疗2星期后比较,治疗组患者便秘临床评分疗效和结肠转运时间疗效均优于对照组,差异有显著性意义（P＜0.01）.患者无不良反应.结论 深刺天枢穴治疗结肠慢转运性便秘近期疗效确切,患者无不良反应.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo ascertain the curative effect of deep puncture of point Tianshu (ST 25) on colic slow-transport constipation.MethodsThere were altogether 30 patients with colic slow-transport constipation. Clinical score and colic transport time (CTT) were compared between pretreatment and 2 weeks after treatment in the constipation patients.ResultsA comparison between pretreatment and 2 weeks after treatment showed that the curative effects on constipation evaluated according to both clinical score and colic transport time were significantly better in the teatment group of patients than in the control group (P<0.01). There was no adverse reaction in the patients.ConclusionThe short-trem curative effect of deep puncture of point Tianshu on colic slow-transport constipation is exact. There was no adverse reaction in the patients. |
