| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合隔姜灸治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法 80例患者按随机单盲的方法分为针灸组40例,西药组40例,连续治疗3个月经周期后观察疗效。结果针灸组总有效率为85.0%,西药组为70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针刺配合隔姜灸治疗痛经有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus ginger moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea.Methods Eighty patients were allocated,by a single-blind randomized control method,to an acupuncture-moxibustion group of 40 cases and a western drug group of 40 cases.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3 consecutive menstrual cycles of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 85.0% in the acupuncture-moxibustion group and 70.0% in the western drug group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus ginger moxibustion has a better therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea. |
