| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法原发性痛经患者75例随机分为治疗组45例（针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗）与对照组30例（口服双氯芬酸钠缓解胶囊），观察治疗3、6、12个月的疗效，及治疗3个月疼痛积分情况及治疗过程中止痛起效时间、维持时间变化，并进行对照分析。结果针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗的疗效、止痛起效时间、维持时间、疼痛积分改善情况均优于口服双氯芬酸钠缓解胶囊，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针刺配合穴位贴敷是治疗原发性痛经较为有效的方法，止痛维持时间较长。

| Abstract: | ] Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus point application in treating primary dysmenorrhea.
