| 摘 要： | 目的观察刺络放血配合针刺治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法将84例痤疮患者随机分为三组,每组28例。观察组采用刺络放血配合针刺治疗;针刺对照组采用针刺治疗;放血对照组采用刺络放血治疗。三组均治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果观察组总有效率显著高于针刺对照组和放血对照组（P〈0.05）。结论刺络放血配合针刺治疗痤疮与单纯采用针刺或刺络放血法相比,能有效提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pricking bloodletting plus acupuncture in treating acne. Method Eighty-four acne patients were randomly allocated to three group, 28 cases each. The observation group was treated by pricking bloodletting plus acupuncture, the acupuncture control group, with acupuncture and the bloodletting control group, by pricking bloodletting. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in all the three groups after two courses of treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the acupuncture control group and in the bloodletting control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pricking bloodletting plus acupuncture can effectively increase the efficacy rate in treating acne compared with simple acupuncture or pricking bloodletting. |
