针灸配合耳穴磁珠贴压治疗失眠症疗效观察

目的观察针灸配合耳穴磁珠贴压治疗失眠症的疗效。方法选择失眠症患者33例,随机分为治疗组23例和对照组10例,治疗组予以针灸配合耳穴磁珠贴压治疗,对照组予以内服阿普唑仑片治疗,治疗1个月后观察疗效。结果治疗组与对照组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）总分减分率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,各因子中睡眠质量、睡眠时间、催眠药物比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能等因子比较差异无统计学意义,治疗组治疗前后PSQI减分率明显。结论针灸配合耳穴磁珠贴压治疗失眠症,运用PSQI评估有较好的近期疗效。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Auricular Point Magnetic Bead Plaster Therapy in Treating Insomnia

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy in treating insomnia. Methods Thirty-three recruited insomnia patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 23 cases and a control group of 10 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture plus auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy and the control group took alprazolam tablets. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after one month of treatment. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the global score reduction rate of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） between the treatment and control groups （P〈O.O1）. There were statistically significant differences in the components： sleep quality, sleep duration and use of sleeping medication （P〈0.01） and no statistically significant differences in the components： sleep latency, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbances and daytime dysfunction. The PSQI score reduction rate was high after treatment in the treatment group. Conclusion The evaluation using PSQI shows the short-term efficacy of acupuncture plus auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy in treating insomnia.
