| 摘 要： | 目的 观察麦粒灸治疗急性带状疱疹的疗效。方法 设治疗组40例和对照组25例，分别采用麦粒灸与阿昔洛韦加卡介菌多糖核酸治疗。结果 与结论治疗组总有效率l00％，痊愈率77．5％；对照组总有效率92％，痊愈率36％，组间对照两组疗效有明显差异(P＜0．01)。在起效时间上，治疗组明显快于对照组(P＜0．01)。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe the curative effect of grain sized moxibustion on acute herpes zoster.Method Grain sized moxibustion and aciclovir plus BCG PSN were used for a treatment group of 40 cases and a control group of 25 cases respectively. Results and Conclusion The total effective rate and cure rate were 100% and 77.5% respectively in the treatment group and 92% and 36% respectively in the control group. There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups( P <0.01). The effect was significantly quicker in the treatment group than in the control group( P <0.01). |
