针灸配合心理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察针刺、动力灸、心理疗法并用治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法按照随机的原则,将符合诊断标准的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,采用针刺、动力灸、心理治疗;对照组30例,采用单纯针刺治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为76.7%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针刺、动力灸、心理疗法并用治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于单纯针刺治疗,对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗具有重要意义。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture and Moxibustion plus Psychotherapy in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined use of acupuncture,dynamic moxibustion and psychotherapy in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Sixty patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were allocated,according to a principle of randomization,to two groups. The treatment group of 30 patients received acupuncture,dynamic moxibustion and psychotherapy and the control group of 30 patients,simple acupuncture. Results The total efficacy rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion The combined use of acupuncture,dynamic moxibustion and psychotherapy is more effective than simple acupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and has great significance for the treatment of the disease.
