| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针配合中药离子透入治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法治疗组180例用电针配合中药离子透入治疗,对照组150例只用中药离子透入治疗,方法同治疗组。结果治疗组总有效率94.4%,对照组总有效率82.0%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论电针配合中药离子透入治疗膝骨关节炎总有效率优于单用中药离子透入治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis in treating genual osteoarthritis. Methods A treatment group of 180 cases received electroacupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis.
