| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刀治疗紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例紧张型头痛患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组采用针刀治疗，对照组采用电针治疗，4个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组治愈21例，显效7例，好转2例，无效0例，愈显率为93．3％：对照组治愈16例，显效6例，好转8例，无效0例，愈显率为73．3％：两组愈显率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组治愈时间短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论针刀治疗紧张型头痛疗效显著，临床愈显率及治愈时间优于电针治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of knife needle therapy on tension headache. Method Sixty patients with tension headache were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.
