| 摘 要： | 目的观察雷火灸配合推拿治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效。方法将60例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为治疗组（雷火灸配合推拿）与对照组（普通针刺）各30例,依据临床症状进行疗效评定。结果治疗组治愈率为36.7%,总有效率为93.3%,对照组治愈率为16.7%,总有效率为76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论雷火灸配合推拿治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效优于普通针刺治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion plus massotherapy in treating chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 30 cases (thunder-fire moxibustion plus massotherapy) and a control group of 30 cases (conventional acupuncture).
