| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺及循经走罐治疗与局部温针治疗纤维肌痛综合征的疗效。方法 针刺双侧肩井、大杼、阳陵泉、阳辅，加背部督脉经及膀胱经第一侧线循经走罐为循经走罐组，与局部温针拔罐的针刺组作比较。结果 循经走罐组临床治愈率明显优于温针组(P＜0．01)。结论 针灸治疗以整体取穴为原则，配合背部循经走罐对于纤维肌痛综合征有良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe the curative effects of acupuncture plus along meridian movable cupping, and local warming acupuncture on fibromyalgia syndrome.Methods An along meridian movable cupping group was treated by acupuncturing bilateral Jianjing (GB21), Dazhu (BL11), Yanglingquan (GB34) and Yangfu (GB38) plus movable cupping on dorsal Du meridian and the first lateral line of the Bladder meridian. A warming acupuncture group was treated by local warming acupuncture and cupping. The effects were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical cure rate was significantly better in the along meridian movable cupping group than in the warming acupuncture group ( P <0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment with holistic selection of acupoints as a principle plus dorsal along meridian movable cupping has a good effect on fibromyalgia syndrome. |
